Shipping Policy
Please note that for some of our non-branded products and accessories, items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, and delivery times may vary. Items may arrive separately and may take up to 30 days. Other product ranges are shipped locally from within Australia using standard delivery services.
If your complete order has not arrived within the allotted time (30 days) or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@furevermates.com.au.
Please note it can take 1–3 days for items to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If you require a tracking number, this can be requested by emailing us directly.
Deliveries to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands – postcode 6799 may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.
Please be aware that nominating a business as your delivery address grants signature authority to any person at that business address. This is due to the nature of deliveries to business addresses, where receptions or mail rooms often sign for and accept parcels in bulk on behalf of individuals at that address. If your order is shipped to and signed for on your behalf at a business address, Furevermates will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged. We strongly recommend nominating a home address if you place a high-value order with us to ensure only residents of the address have signature authority.
